  We're open 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. We do not ship on the weekends, or holidays - (something to keep in mind if you order overnight or 2 day on Friday or the weekend!)

• For Online and Phone orders, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
• We also accept checks and money orders for orders called in. Order will be sent once your check has cleared.
• We can only accept payment in U.S. dollars.
• We cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

Note: We only ship to destinations in the United States — we do not ship to Canada or any other international destinations. We only ship orders via UPS. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. Box.

• Shipping Rates
  Your shipping charge will calculate automatically when you place your order online.

• Rush Delivery Information
  Because we hand-craft all our products, every item may not be available in a specific color choice when your order is received. If you have ordered via rush delivery, you can call us at (415) 824-0684 to check on the immediate availability of your specific choice. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt.

• Returns on all Silicone Products and Non-Silicone Merchandise.
  Vixen Creations, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your silicone dildo, plug or attachment. In the unlikely event that one of our silicone products is not to your satisfaction, simply return the unopened item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a full credit towards another product in our line. A receipt is required for all returns.

• Defectives
  Please return any defective item within 30 days for a refund, credit or replacement. Please note, we cannot accept used items.

• Warranty Replacement Policy
  
  • Lifetime Warranty on most Silicon Product
    Vixen Creations, Inc offers an unbeatable lifetime replacement guarantee on most damaged items. A receipt is required for all warranty replacements.
  • Please note that damage resulting from misuse of our products is not covered by this warranty. For example, "My dog or cat ate it,", "I forgot it was on the stove,", "I bit it,", "My girlfriend left me and took the dildo,". These do not qualify for product replacement.
  • Do not use our products with silicone-based lubricants, This use voids our guarantee.

• Warranty Return Process
  If you would like us to take a look at your item to see if it falls under our warranty replacement policy please follow the steps below:
  
  1. Clean product thoroughly before returning it to us. Products returned in an unsanitary manner will not be replaced.
  2. Place product in a sealed clear Ziploc bag.
  3. Include a copy of the original sale receipt; If sent in original packaging, a receipt is not needed.
  4. Include a note describing the problem.
  5. Include a shipping address for return/replacement and an email contact for follow-up.
